These terms govern your use of the KLWO website, your subscription plans and any one-off reports you order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
KLWO provides a personal planning companion delivered as a subscription, plus optional one-off deep-dive reports. Our guidance covers work, life and health, and is generated from the answers you submit. Digital deliverables are provided by email and through your account. No physical goods are shipped.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or quarterly) until you cancel. You can cancel or pause anytime from your account, and billing stops at the end of the current period. One-off report orders are confirmed once payment is received and you submit the accompanying questionnaire. All prices are listed in US dollars and processed securely by our payment provider.
Your onboarding review is generated after you complete your onboarding assessment. Weekly check-ins and monthly reviews are delivered on the schedule shown in your account timeline. One-off reports are typically delivered within 24 hours of questionnaire submission.
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. One-off reports are non-refundable once delivered, but you are entitled to a full refund if your report has not been delivered within 7 days of questionnaire submission.

The content of your plan and any report is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. All website content and report templates remain the property of KLWO.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KLWO's liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the plan or report in question during the twelve months preceding the claim.
